Well it has been another very busy morning, therapy massages for Leslie's arm, hand, leg and foot, then we moved to her breathing exercises that thy make all patients do to keep them from getting pneumonia. After that we got a knock on the door and it was dietary. They brought in some good stuff, blueberry pancakes ,fruit yogurt, fresh fruit, and some good ole apple juice. Leslie had quite a bit to eat but still not a huge appetite. Leslie's vitals, like pressure , temp and sugars, looked good this morning, we are still making some adjustments to here meds but I think we are getting there,I need to go right now physical therapy is here,,,thanks you guys for all your prayers...
Leslie, Beau and I love you all
God bless

Hey, breakfast sounds great. I hope it tasted as good as it looked. When Tom was in the hospital, I would go in to see him before work and find everything on the menu on his breakfast tray. And he was busy trying to eat it all to make up for lost time. Seriously, I'm glad you're making such good & quick progress. Our prayers will continue for you all.
ReplyDeleteLove ya

Momma & Daddy,
ReplyDeleteWhew! I've been busy these past two days!
On Thursday, I went to Toys R Us and I got a polly pocket pool party toy - and when her hair gets wet it turns pink! Polly and her puppy can slide down the slide and splash into the swimming pool at the bottom. It's really fun!
Then - I went to my house to check on and love on my puppies. Henry & Ruby lost their collars. I looked for them but couldn't find them. I gave them all a doggie treat and gave one to fat cat too. They are all doing good and Luna chased an armadillo! When we first got to our house, I saw a bit brown bunny running down by our house!
I swung on the swing, jumped on my trampoline, and I dug in the dirt and I climbed a tree! It was really nice to be home!
I went to Michomicano for dinner and ate really good - mmmm chicken fajitas! Everyone there knows me and gave me hugs and told me to tell you to feel better!
I had a nice long bath (and played with my polly pocket in there too) and got ready for bed a little early since it was a school night - but I watched a little bit of Chicken Little before falling asleep. It was nice to be in my own bed!
On Friday - I got to go to school and see all my friends! We learned about the number 9, and the letter C. I colored a picture of 9 bears for my Momma. Everyone at my school said they hoped my Momma was feeling better soon!
I got picked up right after lunch so I didn't have to take a nap at school and then I got a big surprise! I found out that I could FINALLY come and visit my Momma and Daddy at the hospital! I've been really mad at those doctors because they wanted my Momma to rest and wouldn't let me come and visit! I had the biggest smile on my face all the way to the hospital!! Made my cheeks hurt!
I've had a good couple of days & I've been a very sweet girl!
I love you so so so much!
